Software: 3ds Max, Fusion, Photoshop, Mental Ray
My Tasks: Simply everything - no stock textures or geometry at all.

My Tasks: Everything - basis was just the foto of the city (btw: It is Graz, Austria).

My Tasks: Everything - basis were 2 fotos: Background with the buildings and the room in the foreground. Camera Effects were added in post. I also did this one in the course with Allan McKay. I would highly recommend this workshop and Allan's DVDs as well.

My Tasks:
I did some minor modeling tasks and texturing in the 3D scene. But the main part was to light the scene with V-Ray, match it to the greenscreen and composite them.

My Tasks:
At that time all other artists were busy doing other projects. So I had the pleasure of doing every single task.
I created approximately 800 very lowpoly characters. First I modeled about 12 different characters and derived all others from these. Nearly 300 were rigged (just quick bipeds) and animated with walkcycles or custom animations. After that i lit and rendered the scene in V-Ray and composited it onto the different backplates in Fusion.

My Tasks:
Except for parts of the conceptual work, I did nearly everything in this project: design, look, models (except glasses), shading/ texturing, compositing, stereoscopic supervising (together with Mario Kaufmann).
The presentation with two polarised HD-Beamers on an approx. 5m x 3m canvas had quite an impact.

My Tasks:
This was also a mix of CGI elements and filmed snowboard action. It was really fun on set seeing the pro-boarders jumping over the huge ramp (look here - I only added unsharpness in the background and CC, the rest is the real picture). Six features of the snowboard glasses called ID2 had to be visualized.
I modeled a few assets like the head. Besides design, the main task was again the stereoscopic nature and the animation/ presentation of the features.

My Tasks:
Besides conceptual and design work (the yellow streak, BG for dancers, virtual screen design, etc) there was also a lot of modeling, texturing and animation involved.
The hard thing was the stereoscopic compositing. Recorded dancing actors (2 HD-Cams) had to interact with CGI elements like the streak or the screens. Unfortunately we didn't have hardware for realtime monitoring of the stereoscopic compositings. So I had to do the cross-eyed trick all the time... phew... the project was fun - but I often had a headache in the evening.
